Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. Contact us at stylishknitsny@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process an exchange for an item we do not receive.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Yarn colors and substitutions

Every piece is hand knit in small batches, so yarn colors and dye lots change over time. Photographs show the piece as it was made, and the color you receive may vary slightly.

If the exact color you ordered has sold out, we will contact you with the closest available option before we make your piece. You can approve the substitute or cancel the order for a full refund.

Because each piece is then made or matched to your order, items are not eligible for return or exchange based on color variation once you have approved a substitution.
