Every piece in this shop is hand knit in small batches, mostly by one pair of hands. That is the reason it looks the way it does, and it is also the reason a few things work differently here than at a large retailer.
Yarn colours change
Yarn is bought in small quantities and dye lots vary. The photograph on each listing shows the piece as it was actually made. The item you receive may vary slightly in shade.
If your colour has sold out
Many pieces are one of a kind. If the exact colour you ordered is no longer available, we will email you with the closest option we have before we make or ship anything.
You can either approve the substitute, or cancel the order for a full refund. We will not substitute anything without asking you first.
Returns on substituted items
Once you have approved a substitution, that piece is made or set aside specifically for you. For that reason, substituted items are not eligible for return or exchange based on colour.
This does not affect your other rights. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
